What if my package is delayed?

Can I change my delivery address after shipping?

Address changes may be possible if the package hasn't reached the local delivery hub. Contact our support team immediately to request changes.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local hub for pickup or rescheduled delivery.
